Honestly, there are fleeting, teeny, tiny moments in the day (always during my commute) when I question why I took this job when it’s SO FAR AWAY.

Then I go refill my water bottle and find this absolute gem of a post-it note on the vending machine and I remember. Oh do I remember why it’s so amazing to work in college health, surrounded by students ready to learn, ready to start their lives, unaware of all that they don’t know yet, and wanting to know more. Students brimming with ideas and creativity. The kind of creativity that compels one to take the time to draw grumpy cat in response to someone’s complaint that the vending machine stole their money. That kind of environment fuels me, and whoever drew this, I thank you. We all thank you.
